At Obcest, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read the following shipping information before placing your order.

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, Europe, the United States, and Canada — and we’re working hard to expand to even more countries soon!
Delivery Options & Costs
Within the UK
We offer two delivery options via Royal Mail:

Royal Mail 48 – Free on all orders
(Estimated delivery: 2–4 working days) -
Royal Mail 24 – £1.99
(Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days)
Shipping times are based on Royal Mail’s delivery estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location.
Within Europe
We offer one delivery option:

United States
We offer one delivery option:

(Estimated delivery: 5–14 working days)
Canada
We offer one delivery option:

Import Customs & Duties
When ordering from Obcest, you may be subject to customs charges depending on your location.

UK – No customs charges

EU – Please check with your local customs authority for details on any applicable fees

USA – No customs charges for orders under $800 USD
- Canada – Please check with your local customs authority for details on any applicable fees
Please note that we have no control over customs duties or taxes imposed by your country. We’re unable to cover these costs for orders shipped outside the UK.
If you choose not to pay any customs charges, your order will be returned to us and we’ll issue a refund once it’s been received minus the shipping cost.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days
- Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next working day
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched
Delivery Issues
Once your parcel is handed over to Royal Mail, it becomes their responsibility. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe:
- Double-check your shipping address was correct
- Check with neighbours or your local delivery office
- Email us at obcestjewellery@gmail.com and we’ll be happy to help
Delays & Exceptions
Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to postal strikes, severe weather, or busy holiday periods. We appreciate your patience during these times and will do our best to keep you informed.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If your parcel is lost in transit (beyond the delivery estimate + 10 working days), please contact us at obcestjewellery@gmail.com and we’ll investigate the issue with Royal Mail. If confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or refund.
