Returns & Refunds Policy

At Obcest, we want you to love your jewellery, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please read our returns and refund policy carefully.
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging
- All products MUST have the original tag attached and untampered with, returns without the tag will be refused and sent back
- You must include your order number and reason for return in your request
Please note: Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, email us at obcestjewellery@gmail.com with:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for return
- (If applicable) A photo of the item, especially if it arrived faulty
Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Returns must be sent back at your own cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Original postage costs will be deducted from your refund
- Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Promotional Items (e.g., 3 for 2 Offers)
If you’re returning items from a “Buy 2, Get 1 Free” promotion:
- Returning all 3 items: You will receive a full refund (minus original postage)
- Keeping the free item and returning paid items: The refund will be the amount paid minus the full price of the free item
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for faulty items. If something arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund depending on availability.
Non-Returnable Items
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
- Items marked as "final sale" or "sale" excluding 3 for 2 offers.
